Match Results

Moltus Athletic and Kropow FC played out a 0–0 at Kamp Sportiv Moltus, a stubborn, chanceless afternoon in which neither side ever quite convinced itself the risk was worth taking.

At Stadion Kragoniedin Citadela, Kragoniedin City edged Union Niedzdrow 1–0, and they left it desperately late: KNIŽNIKOV Xavier found the finish on 84 minutes. Three points that would matter more than anyone realised by Sunday night.

Sprodj Wanderers fell 0–2 to AS Douma at the Arena Sprodj. RISTIC Dimitrios broke the deadlock on 59 minutes and RAKIC Sergei settled it at the death on 89. Douma have now taken six of nine available points without conceding more than they scored in any fixture.

FC Klow and Vladir United shared a 1–1 at Stadion Král Muskar XII. DRAGOMAN Petar put the visitors ahead on 16, and SEDLÁK Nemanja levelled three minutes after the restart. A point apiece, and enough to keep Vladir in front.

The weekend's most open game came at Stadion Hveghi Klow, where Dynamo Klow beat Elbaria Athletic 2–1. STOOFVLEK Ulrich opened on 65, ZILEHARSKI Volkan answered on 77, and CHOUKRUT Krasimir won it on 90 with the last meaningful kick of the round.

The Table

Vladir United lead on seven points, AS Douma follow on six, and then a three-club knot on four: Elbaria Athletic, Kragoniedin City and Union Niedzdrow. Kragoniedin sit above Niedzdrow purely on the strength of Saturday's meeting between them, which is exactly how the SPL settles it: head-to-head first, and only then goal difference. Knižnikov's 84th-minute goal was worth a place in the table as well as three points.

Four players already have two goals. SEDLÁK Nemanja and RISTIC Dimitrios have both taken three appearances to get there, but TADIĆ Milan of Union Niedzdrow has managed it in a single outing. Douma, meanwhile, carry a caution list worth watching, with DRAZEK Nicolae and MITROVIC Franz both on two yellows.

Looking Ahead to Matchday 4

Friday brings Kropow FC against FC Klow at 16:00 SRT, two sides still hunting their first convincing result of the campaign. At 19:00 SRT, Kragoniedin City host Sprodj Wanderers with a chance to press further into the leading group, while Union Niedzdrow face league leaders Vladir United in the round's obvious test of the table's shape.

Saturday's 19:00 SRT pairings are the ones to circle. AS Douma welcome Dynamo Klow, second against a side coming off the round's most spirited win, and Elbaria Athletic take on Moltus Athletic, where Elbaria's place in the top three is on the line. Early September evenings in the valleys are already cooling fast, and the later kick-offs will be played under lights on heavy grass.

A Minute's Silence Before Matchday 4

Every Matchday 4 fixture will open with a minute's silence for Burebista III, the two-time Grand Prix champion who fell while leading the Zymylpath Ascent on 6 September. The ZFSS has asked all five grounds to hold it immediately before the national anthem, where the league already places its silence on Sceptre fixtures, and both squads in every match will wear plain black armbands.

The Grey Ghost never set foot on a football pitch. The request still reached the clubs within hours of the veterinary report, and none of them queried it. Kropow FC, first to kick off on Friday afternoon, will be the first ground in the country to fall quiet.
